Virgin Mojito

Spearmint has antifungal and antioxidant benefits and has been shown to aid digestion, lessen irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), boost performance and help improve attention, concentration and brain function. Here is a refreshing cocktail featuring this healthy herb.

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender, such as a Vitamix, and serve immediately over ice. As an alternative add ice to the blender as desired.
